Quarantine ORA dropped shipped fish?

Do fish dropped shipped directly from biota or ORA need to still be quarantined?
Depends on how strict you are with quarantining. I would quarantine anything for a bare minimum observation time frame unless it specifically was from somewhere that specified they QT the fish prior to shipping and verified the procedure.

Theres an LFS near me who says they quarantine but all they do is mitigate the risk of ich or velvet showing by dosing low level copper in their new arrivals tank.

They will bag up the copper water for you too if they had a fish you really wanted :grinning-face-with-sweat:
