Hi I'm planning a 125g tank, and i need a quarantine tank for a one spot fox face, blue tang, 2 clowns, and a canary blenny. I will add more fish later, that's it for a while though. Would a 20 or 25 gallon quarantine tank be big enough for them for a week or so?

20 long might work for a week as long as the fish are small

Why only for a week? That's not long enough for a proper quarantine.

You might try cycling the tank beforehand, to help with things.

You should really read up on how the quarantine process works, and you should decide if you want to proactively treat or not. There are lots of good resources on this forum, so you'd be better off reading those than having me try to summarize it all.

just don't drop all 5 fish into that QT at the same time, or you will overload the biofilter and your fish will die. One fish at a time is always the best way

I would do it all 1 at a time hold them for 1 week each then add to the tank then add another to the qt so on and so forth, make sure they aren’t sick, if they visually don’t have like ich or something or they aren’t rapidly breathing and dying then they can go in the tank (mabye do a Fw dip if you are worrie)

Your other option is use 2 tanks and do the new Humblefish TTM method. This way you have no issues with ammonia and dirty water. Takes 2 weeks and you can treat for worms at day 6 and 13.
