Quarantine

So, im ending a 4 week QT, No additives, just observation, No signs or issues. Im Ready to put them in DT. After moving new fish to DT and QT is empty and ready for another round of fish, should i add a new fish to quarantine with out tear down and reboot of QT? Or completly tear down QT for cleaning? Thanks all, I usually get a great responce and good ideas, enough to make my own decision.
