Question about Leopard Wrasse pairing

My LFS has these two wrasses which seem to be thriving in their separate tanks. I’d like to introduce them to my tank at the same time, but I have read conflicting posts about males and females together.

The larger blue wrasse is a male while the other is a female. Do you think it’s a 50/50 shot in terms of immediate aggression/pairing? I have a breeder box that I can use to separate at first. Looking for any advice as I am new to wrasses. I have read into these specifically enough that I can handle their feeding needs.

I don't have experience trying to pair leopard wrasses, but some additional info may help those who do, such as...

What is your tank size and what other fish are currently in it?

It's not just about the two fish you want to add, but also:

• how much room they'll have to live together (especially if the female should transition to male despite the presence of another male)
• how much stress/competition there will be for food and territory from other fish (if you can barely compete for food yourself, you may be much less inclined to partner up with someone else who will also want some of that same food)
