Question about signature

I see some of you have Facebook and twitter icons in your sigs. How can i have that. I looked all ove the place to be able not even that i cannot even add two lines or link on my sigs. Any help or advice.

I believe only Premium members and sponsors are allowed to have links in their signatures, but I'll confirm.
