Just setting up a dmp 30 to try help keep my rocks clear of detritus. I have the pump schedule to run from 11 to 22. I want the pump off the rest of the time. My question is in the schedule below will the grey section be pump off or will it run at some default setting?

I've got DMP45's but they are on a 24 hour schedule. I don't see an option to schedule the pump off. I'd say just give it a go like that and see what happens. Or run it in a bucket first just to test it out.

good question!?
I always put feeding mode when i want them off. (Yellow)
Never try the grey.

I'll check on them around the time the schedule is ending and report back. Tank is SPS and has a ton of flow already but I run a reduced flow at night so the fish can relax a bit and this one is close to one of the sleeping spots.

I checked and it does just shut down if no schedule is added to the greyed out area.
That’s good to know. I’ve got two of the 45’s on a 4 ft long tank and it might be good to just run one at a time at night, maybe alternate back and forth.
