Question on sump design

This will be my ~40 gallon sump/refugium. Will this setup work? I can't find anything on C&R Aquatics to see how they intended the layout of this sump. I plan to have some chaeto and live rock rubble in the refugium section, with a gate valve on the line feeding it to slow the flow down.

It should work OK. You could also drain into the far right with a skimmer (if it will fit). Use the center as a fuge and the return at the left.

Thank you. I might try that, I think my skimmer will fit in the far right.
