So I drilled my overflow hole to close to the side, and the overflow is kinda of on an angle as one side is on the silicone. I am thinking of cutting a piece of overflow to make it straight. Any ideas. Please help.

My advice is not for the faint of heart but. I would cut the silicone in a way that you only remove the exterior perimeter. and not in between glass panes. Then I would lay a fresh bead of silicone in the same area and install the overflow while the silicone is was wet/curing

That’s what I did. I’ll let it dry, and hope for the best.
