I've seen blue/black and blue/red variants, so I'm assuming this is just one of them - but it's hard to tell from the lighting.

Looks like maybe a somewhat scraggly tuxedo. If it's shedding spines, that means something is wrong with your water parameters.

Photos under white lights are best for IDs. Blue light doesn't show true colors well, and often photographs even worse.
