I need to turn something on for 18 seconds 2 days a week.

Is this correct?

Move the DOW command to be below the If Time command:


Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 08:05 to 08:06 Then ON
If DoW SM-W-FS Then OFF
Defer 001:42 Then ON

The last line that’s True will set the output state. The way you had it the If Time would override the DOW so it would run every day.
