Just wanted to share something we did today. I was in need of a lid for a tank I’m in the process of shutting down. Everything on it is hang on back so it was a bit of a pain. We took some netting from lowes doubled it up and pulled it tight over the top of the tank. Then we used tape to tape it to the side of the tank in the shape we wanted. After that we slowly started peeling up the sides and adding tape to the back of it sandwiching in the netting. This would definitely be a lot stronger with duck tape but it’s all we had on the fly. Was even able to trim around all my crap hanging on the back to make it pretty. It holds shape pretty decent and stays taught so it’ll do for now.
