I need help diagnosing a problem that I am having with a foxface rabbit fish. I have had him for a couple of years and up until a couple of days ago, he had done terrific and eating good. The symptoms are not eating, not being able to swim very well and his belly is slightly swelled. All other fish are doing great. My water parameters are very good. 210 gallon tank. thanks in advance for any adice

Maybe try some prazi pro. It is safe to dose into the tank but is expensive for that size tank. It sounds like some internal parasite and I am a big fan of prazipro. Another option is metroplex + focus + garlic mixed into food if you can get him to eat.
