Welcome to Reef2Reef!

It does sound serious....possibly flukes. We need a clear video of the fish as well as more background information. This post explains all that:

I’ve seen him flicking, but never so constantly. In minor cases, it is a bit like a person shrugging their shoulders. If you see it more often, especially if the fish also scratches on the bottom, that is usually flukes. I’m not sure what it means if the fish does it constantly.

The fish is also breathing a bit fast and has slightly cloudy fins.

Is it still eating well?

You might want to treat the tank with Prazipro for flukes.

Yes the fish is eating well. Thank you Mr Jay i will treat for flukes
Dose it twice, 8 days apart with good aeration. Discontinue carbon, run the skimmer, but don’t collect the skimnate.
