With what? I only have my eyes and the reaction of my corals, no meters to actually measure anything light wise.

If anybody would like to visit me with a PAR meter (I in North Wales UK) they are more than welcome and take some readings both with and without my diffusers fitted. Coffee and biscuits provided.
Not that PAR is the be all and end all of lighting but it would be interesting to record them. Unfortunately I don't know anybody with such a meter
