I Agree with the above. If you are running 60% I would keep it there. You have 100 par on the sand bed 200 par at the top. I have a true mixed reef with acro on top and my par level is just a little more than your 60% example. If I didn't have acro, I would be running par at 150 top and 60 to 80 par on the sand bed. This is all based on my tank and experience. Others may have different opinions though.
