Radion gen5 blue pro flickering

one of the 3 radion gen5 pro blue is crapping out. it’s flickering on and off every few secs. It was purchased Sep 2020 and is only 10 months in use.

please advise how to proceed.

PS: I have 5 other gen 4 pros that I have been using for a long time and none of them have had any issues.
