I am trying to hang 4x Radion XR30 Pro’s, Gen 3

The wire hangers are $40 each or so, but all say “Gen 4”. Are these the same for Gen 3 as well?

Also, when I look it up, it says add the optional slide-bracket to hang 2 or more.

I want them evenly spaced over an 8’ wide tank. I don’t think they make a slide bracket that long......

What are my options? 4x wire hanging kits? 2x wire hanging kits and 2x shorter slide brackets?

Do you need 1 wire hanging kit for each light regardless if you have the slide bracket?

Just really don’t know what I need to hang these without them looking terrible.

thanks

Depending on the look you are going for, you would need either one hanging kit per light, or, the long rail system with the correct number of brackets for each light.

I would do this.

This is how I did my 8' 240. 5 Radions mounted to aluminum "c" channel mounted to my floating canopy..

I will go with that.... just gotta find the 90.5” in-stock somewhere

Edit: Is that 1 or 2 wire kits used to hold the track?

1 kit is all that is needed. It has everything you need to hang the RMS track.

just an FYI BRS has all the items in stock.

Thanks!

That is pricey for an aluminum track, but I think I am in for the cord-management aspect of it

$260 for everything..... ouch. Makes me more inclined to find 2 48” Aquatic Life hybrid fixtures........ Just more money!

You could always duct tape the lights to a two by four and paint it to match. LOL.. we all spend where we think we need to. I have to keep things looking nice for my piece of mind and to keep the wife happy.
