Nice one Tradewinds.
That has to be one of my favorites that I've seen.

Does anyone have a template for the exact location of the mounting screw holes for the Radion Gen3 Pro?

Using a new clean tape measure, I'm seeing 9-3/4" center to center, left to right.
5" center to center front to back.
That should get you close enough unless you are going to machine threaded screw holes in the frame.

Thank you. I would like to have the screw how threaded into the frame.

I'm not sure I understand.
Most people would get a the measurement and drill the holes a tiny bit bigger than the bolt and hang the light like I did here.
The measurements I gave earlier and drilling the hole a 1/6" bigger than the bolt will get you there.

If you are planning on making threads in the frame you are building that are the same as the threads in the light fixtures then you might want to contact EcoTech Marine for the dead on perfect distance.
Looking again the distance between the side to side could be closer to 9-21/32", and the front to back is closer to 5-1/32".
Normally I would never go down this far.
I would want a tiny bit of wiggle room.

I know this is a very old post but I love the look of this. Did you get the bar at a local hardware store?
I believe the original mount came from a local metal fabrication shop, my son-in-law use to work at.
However since then I've made a couple more and found the 2" x 3/8" aluminum flat bar online.

This is an old thread , ReefKoi stopped selling the light racks , does anyone else know of a similar light rack for sale. I am buying a 72 inch Eurobraced tank and will need a light rack for my Ecotech Radion lights

Have you looked at the RMS hanger styles at Ecotech?
It's pretty simple to use.
I made my own Radion hanger for my eurobraced 240 from aluminum square tube that have very easy to use plastic connectors.
