G5 owners diffuser yes or no? I ran no diffusers for the first few years. Then added them to all my G5s probably 6 months ago. They do lower par as i have a meter. But I just turned up the intensity to make it up. I’m wondering if if I’ve lost spread though. What’s your experience with them? I know some SPS had lost color on the outer edges of the tank. I added another hour to my T5s and they are coloring back up. I’m thinking the defusers could be why. I also changed from the AB+ program to the WWC SPS dominant program. I had excellent growth and color with AB+ but didn’t care for the look with the T5. So it could have been that also. I’m tempted to take them off but I hate to keep changing my lighting. I already tinker to much with everything. As I’m always striving for better growth and color.
