So they log in for me and what do they do? I'm a little confused on how they log in for me and what they will do.

They strip your laptop from all the personal information and take all you got...........

Google how a LOGMEIN process works.
Trust me they will set you up on ESL and after that it's a piece of cake.
Sometimes it's just better not to ask as they there to help you.
