they passed me down a radion and I can’t seem to connected to echo smart live any specific usb or bottoms i can press to just turn on light to stay on all the time ? I connected and t won’t turn on I have to press the middle button to turn all all the time .. I do not have the usb cable

It requires either a USB connection or a Reeflink to connect to Ecosmart Live.

You have a reeflink?

You have to hard wire the radion to your computer the first time with a usb cable. Or call ecotech customer service.

If this is a used unit the previous owner needs to remove it from their account.

Both true statements. Messages come up when you do this. I’m not convinced this has actually been connected to a computer since the OP says they don’t have a USB cord but in the next post said they tried both USB and Reeflink.

Adam, I know this as I had this on one of my vortech that I purchased from some one.:) They need to be off the users ecotech live account before they will work anywhere else.

Yep, me too. :) I think we will get there, but I don’t think we’ve actually gotten these connected yet.
