Has anyone here integrated the hydros with their magnetic door switch to turn on under cabinet lighting? I have some wireless ones but would love them to be wired to come on when I removed the door. I saw a video somewhere that someone wired up a Phillips Hue light strip and ran it throughout the sump area but I can’t find it. Trying to figure out if it’s possible to do this setup and how.

If you have an XP8, Start, or Launch you set the REED switch to activate the plug when the door opens. You need to have a 0-10V input on one controller as well. Plug the REED into the 0-10V Quad Cable, set the color on the controller for the REED, set the outlet to control with the 0-10V input.

Thank you for the information. It seems to do it correctly after I spent a day of my life trying to figure out how to do it, I would need 4 reed switches to turn on the lights if I wanted it to work with each door. I’ve decided I’m going to try and run the Phillips hue strip light throughout the inside of the cabinet and just place a motion sensor inside that will turn on the light from the motion sensor. Parker’s reef on YouTube did a video on it and it seems like a better option.
