Radion/WXM issue

I've got two generation one XR30 and an Apex with a WXM module. I have reset and them numerous times. One of them stays on and acts perfectly fine and the other randomly shuts off and turns back on moments later. I think I need to update the firmware on the Radions. They're also displaying two different colors when they should be at factory defaults. Now to further complicate issues I have no home Wi-Fi or internet. Any thoughts or ideas as to what's going on?

No, unit looks good.

One won't attach or factory reset.

I would have to default to Ecotech customer service then.. Sounds pretty odd, though it could be an issue with the wxm. Can't recall that issue when I had an apex/wxm.
