Radion xr30w

Hey everyone... needing some serious help. I bought a used Radion Xr30. It was working fine from the last guy I bought from because I seen with my own eyes. But now when I get it home it’s not really working. The red and blues leds are so dimly lit you can barely see them on. What do I need to do? Please hell

Was the previous person using apex or reeflink to control it? How are you controlling it?

Yes it was plugged into an apex classic. And I have that as well and is working. But I just went ahead and plugged the light into an outlet on the wall. It was 2am by the time I get everything going
