What would be the best way to help these btas start to thrive again? I had a bit of a tank crash and they haven’t been looking very good. I have 4 of them.

Proper flow, lighting, and water chemistry helps more than anything. Stability is also very important.

If they're holding on with their foot (yours are) it's always a good sign. Once they let go and start tumbling around, it means they're not happy where they're at. If they're not "sticky" on their foot anymore it's usually a very bad sign.
