Yes- you read right- Free for someone who can Safely repair this unit. Three years ago, I smelled smoke but could not see any issues under stand. I installed a smoke alarm under stand and discovered the cap was spraying water onto unit and the wires frayed as I may not have tightened it properly. I had thoughts of doing repair but bought a new 55wt unit instead. Right before this happened, I just changed the sleeve and bulb.
It comes with cord and ballast. Unit is 10# and box is 12" x 12" by 30" tall which I may have to purchase from Home Depot. I prefer you pay shipping and provide label but can help on the other end.
