Captive Bred Odontanthias Fuscipinnis
Wow!! Very impressive collection there!! Where did you find all captive bred in those??

They are not difficult to find. Poma Labs for the Conspics.

Hello all!
I wanted to start a thread to show off rare fish in the hobby that we own! I haven’t seen a thread like this yet and thought it would be cool. I absolutely love rare fish!

You can post pics of rare species you own or common species with rare variations!!! The latter is always a treat to see (at least to me it is). Have fun and let’s get some pics up!!
Plesiops corallicola. Similar to the marine betta, but much rarer (in my experience at least)

A lot of nice fish here so far! But you know someone’s gonna bring some heat with a fairy wrasse! The one in front? Or the back?

Haha!
Hmm, one in back looks like a pintail wrasse, gold male. Am I correct??
What is the front one? Very nice colors!

Here's mine. They use to be fairly easy to find and much cheaper than a gem tang. Now they are twice the price of the gems and not an easy find.Wierd how things change in this hobby.

Haha! It is indeed! ah The good old days when a yellow tang cost $15.

Very nice tang! Thank you for sharing!

Gorgeous fish!
Thanks! Got him in 2010. He was consigned to a local fish store and got him at a decent price. Like someone previously mentioned, prices have skyrocketed. One downside to him is he was the last addition and every fish I’ve put in since then that’s even close to his size hasn’t made it. I gave up on new additions years ago.
