So from everything I have found and read, this doesnt happen all that much. But my GSP started spawning this afternoon. I think that it is cool that it did in my tank, but scary at the same time.

I had a branching pocillipora that spawned several times. It almost had encrusted the entire rim of my 75.

Very cool indeedy!

Yeeesh...of all the corals to spawn it'd have to be one THAT invasive. While I hope those babies all die die die, it sure is NEAT that:
a) it happened!
b) you saw it!
c) you got to take a photo of it!

That's lucky.

Congrats man. Hope they don't take over your tank. I had a pocillopora and some acan spawn on me. But only at night and only seen the pocillipora grow. Plus my clowns are starting to lay eggs.

Must be spawning time as my tank was all cloudy the other day for no known reason??? And clear as a bell the next. I wonder what it was that spawned, Guess if any survived we will see!

It's all about how stable your tank is and your moon lights run and temp. The day or 2 after full moon my start to spawn. Same thing with pods it the tank.

Wow... I for one would loveto have more of them, Chris. I have one small piece of Neon Green SP. I think they are beautiful under the LEDs. You can alway give them away.
