RBTA hanging on by a thread

My RBTA has been looking all weird lately, and I just found out why. Came home to this.

You're one of the lucky ones. I can't keep them alive let alone have them split.

Yeah, I added it 5 months after I set up my tank and it was touch and go at first and thought it might not make it. But it settled in started to come around a couple of weeks later.
Moved to the spot you see in the pic from it’s original location and has been there for 2 years now. A few weeks ago it started changing shape and moving around it’s spot a little. First split for this guy.

Apparently alot of them get damaged feet from collection and will die within months of harvest. So check for damage to their foot when buying. If it's damaged don't buy.
