Just curious if my nem could hurt it's foot stretching out to get light. It's really bending hard around some rock. I'm hoping if it was too much he would just move.
Thanks
Mike

it can in theory but shouldn’t. it will move to where its happy. they like to be able to pull under and in rocks for security so its rather normal for them to take foot behind rocks and reach out during the day. as long as you did not trap it in one place they will move where ever they please

one they find a place they like to have there foot they dont usually move to much imo...i just got out of the bubbles and moved onto carpets. mine had 9 babies in about 6-7 months and whenever it split one always wondered the tank and the other stayed in its spot. they will find were they are happy as long as you dont change flow and light placement it can stay there for months on end no problem
