Just wondering if it is rare what is it and woould u guys have bought it and if so for how much I juat want to know if I got a good deal and what u guys think

I'll bet with TLC the colors will be completely different, it looks slightly browned/bleached. Otherwise looks healthy, nice frag.
 
As said in previous post many chalices color up even change color completely depending on their environment. Just do not place it in high light area. This ability of chalices is one reason people are drawn to them. Your's looks healthy it just looks a bit drab in color. It may not have been the mother colonies color though. I am guessing it may have been a nice green or purple.
