My oregon tort colony fell over on my granulosa colony last night and part of the oregon tort has begun to die-off. I've clipped off as much of the dying coral as I can, but should I just leave it alone and hope that it stops receeding or do some type of dip?

Anytime I've had corals touch, I just left it and it came back on its own. I just did this with a purple stag that fell over. Its already back after just a month.

That is one thing Ive seen with acros is that they are relatively hardy and new tissue should cover the receded skeleton.

I would tend to agree but I would also watch it closely-I have watched ones that started and never stopped and ever since then I determine a spot on the coral that if it reaches it, I take the inland band saw and cut it, better to have some than none.
Dont get hasty, but dont wait-IME/O
