Hi all fairly new to this forum, apologies if iam posting in wrong place…

Am considering adding an Alr algae reactor to tank, does anyone have any feedback/ advice on these please ?? Before I part with my money..

I’ve no sump , so would sit as a dry unit , running with an external pump, am guessing it wouldn’t be the easiest to service due to having to remove it from Cabinet for access etc …

Thanks

I'm selling mine on eBay at the moment as it happens.it was too bulky for my sump but chaeto grew well.i carbon dose now instead.servicing them is fine it's mainly just ensuring that algae doesn't cover the light
