My system is controlled through home automation Control4 home audio video smart home software. I do not want to go the Apex route as I can control as much as I need with my home automation.

My question is, are there any reliable real-time salinity monitoring devices that can graph salinity on a laptop windows type of interface ?

Thanks in advance for any advice on units and brands.

I don’t know of an independent one other than on controllers like apex, GHL etc., but there must be a market for one in the aquarium hobby

I would buy one without hesitation and I’ve got an Apex, well actually two.

I use the Hanna salinity probe as the benchmark in my systems these days and calibrate apex to that

Beautiful system by the way

hydros said they're working on a salinity monitoring solution, but still need time to get it ready and get the pattern and whatnot. so if you can wait, there will be one eventually, I hope.

you can try DIY like this:

use an arduino to interface with Control4

link wont post, so look on amazon for:

Gravity: Analog Electrical Conductivity Sensor/Meter V2 (K=1)
