New to cameras and have tried multiple different settings to capture good photos. What are the tricks here? If you speak aperture/shutter speed you might as well speak spanish. Any walk through would be awesome or if anyone knows a good video for this please point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

start with some of the sticky threads at the top of this forum. Not Canon specific, but good fundamentals. I have a T6i and normally shoot in Aperture Priority mode ("Av" on my dial). That allows me to set the F-stop and everything else is automatic.

yo hablo español come esta lol yea i'll give you a crash course so to focus more on in image you need a smaller f stop (f10) longer exposure time as well to take in more light or you can bump up the ISO it does make an image more grainy also you can set a custom WB get a white styrofoam plate put it under your light source take a pic then select that image as your custom WB
