A few corals that I will be transferring to the 210G when its ready. I've been able to resist from fragging any SPS so they actually look like colonies now.

Sort of related to this tank build, got down to cleaning up the wires with electrical raceways/tracks. I've been meaning to tackle this but always got caught up in something. Anyways, I didn't get any before pictures and found a few from my other thread of it while it was "clean" but a pain to deal with when I needed to remove wires.

Still have a lot of wires to tend to. Some will have to be extended which I have no problems doing but that will be a later project.

I'll be dealing with this mess soon enough once the two tanks are ready to be joined together.

Not to mention, I made a big mess today! Had saltwater leaking all over from the cube tank. Rigged water change fail is more like it, I'll be cleaning the mess up tomorrow. lol

You sure that's a frogskin? Looks weird, LOL!;)

That's what was sold to me as, its a quick grower. I'll be getting a majority of ORA piece for this new 210G, they have some very hardy stuff.

On another note, I picked up a 100G water container and Apex PM2 w/ salinity probe.

Nice! Such a sweet garage/setup

Thanks!

Moved some overgrown frags over with in the last few days. Will be putting an order in from some locals this week. Hopefully they can cut and let them heal for a week or two. Still need to plumb in the 50G cube, maybe this weekend. I am dreading it due to having to change out the bulkhead but we'll see.

Few other projects:
*I still have to get around to running a dedicated 20amp outlet to this system. Just realized that if the heater (800 watts) kicks on, it will pull a good amount of amperage and might possibly kick the breaker due to too much amp draw.
*Refugium/Growout sump area - Need to order the T5/LED stuff to retro-fit it.
*Cooling fan needs to be installed.

Slowly but surely.

Just one of those days... so much work kept me running all day.

So over thinking once again, I ended up running two (2) 20 amp dedicated outlets from my electrical panel to the 210G system. Royal PITA doing it yourself but I know it was done correct! Cut one too many holes and bled more then I wanted.

Initial cut to get an assessment of what is to come, didn't bother with a stud finder this time and I nailed it today!

End results: each outlet is GFCI protected and they are independent 20 amps. Will patch the holes another day, too much dust in my system.

Still need to figure out why the BK Double Cone skimmer is tripping the outlet. Doubt it is pulling that much amperage, one its own outlet it works fine.

On another note, the pair of Anthias are out and eating like pigs! One less thing to worry about, I'll be getting maybe 4-5 more. Still building that fish list!

So this is in your garage? How do you deal with heat? I see your in miami, so you don't have a winter like I have but summer gets really hot & humid in nashville. Is it climated controlled?

Dude, you have hard corals in there already? Nice! Also, if you want a feisty male lyretail I got one for you. Decided not to put in my tank. Right now he's in my QT and is my trainer fish. He gets everyone eating right away, monkey see monkey do! Got to come by and check this out again. I already have the wifey thinking about an upgrade, its not up for discussion ATM but it wasn't a total shoot down either;)

I actually installed a mini-split AC system for the garage. Set the temp at 81* and tanks run at a smooth 78-79*. It can also do humidity control as well, I have it on auto so it cycles itself.

Hey! Like I always say, maybe is better then a no. LOL

In the new tank I've got SPS and they are doing great. I see new growth, lots of white edges. Tank is about ready for an order from Eddie, Nick, and you. Few others I want to get some from but like I said, still need to plumb in the 50G and get my dosing down.

Nice to see it all put together with fish, a little coral, and water flowing. Lots of potential!

Nice video. Your setup is pimp.

Thanks guys!

Picked up a lot of fish over the weekend.
New:
6 Lyretail anthias, count is up to 8 of them. One being a male and the rest are females.
3 Randall's anthias
1 Bimac anthia (I WANT MORE!!!)
3 Rhomboid Wrasses, 1 super male, 1 male and a female. Just beautiful fishes!
2 Leopard Wrasses
2 Miami White clownfish
1 Yellow Eye Cole tang
1 Niger trigger
Old:
1 Chevron tang
1 Blue Hippo tang
1 Sailfin blenny

Still looking for a few other fishes as well. Here is the hit list:
Blond Naso tang
Purple tang
Pair of Hawaiian Flame wrasses
Few others but at least I have a list now and it's narrowing down.

Had my awesome Naoko wrasse die but it had something growing on its head.
