Recommend a titanium heater with integrated thermostat

Hello all:

I am looking for a titanium heater with an integrated thermostat to use in my water change brute trashcan. I have a 50W but it's glass in a plastic housing and takes forever to warm up the water. Looking for something between 200-300 watts?

I do not know of one with a built in thermostat.
All I have ever seen need a controller.
Ranco or Helios recommended.
