Recommendation for someone to fix APEX issue?

Hi-
I have an APEX A2. For the past couple days it has been giving a message that the APEX isn’t connected to Fusion. I’ve tried rebooting the APEX and my WiFi and I didn’t help. Can anyone recommend somebody in the DC area that I could get to come fix it?

Agreed. They can be difficult to get scheduled but once you get them on the phone they’re awesome.
