A week ago I have lost 4 fish (thats all I had) due to a sea apple death and release of his toxins and guts. The snails and crabs survived apart from 1 crab. I also have anemone and xenia which are not doing bad.
I have added a uv sterilizer and red sea carbon changed often. Also I have made few water changes.
I hope that the toxins are out of the water now but the only problem I have is the Ammonia of around 0.35. Other parameters:
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0.2
Phosphate 0
Calcium 440
Magnesium 1300
Ph 8.2
Alkalinity 12

The question is what can I do to bring the ammonia down? And do you think the toxins are out by now?

This is a 80g(300L) with 15g sump(60L)

The only thing you can do that offers you the best chance of success in the near future is to let nature take its course and let your tank fully cycle again. If there is a way that you can remove your inverts to lake nature take its course, your chance of these animals staying alive are greater.
You may want to check with your local pet shop and see if they can spare a free tank to house your livestock until your tank is safe again for live stock.

You should probably add in some nitrifying bacteria like MB7. You need to restart the cycling. And your anemone could die with that much ammonia and crash your tank again. Nems can nuke a tank too. I’d ask your LFS to hold on to your livestock if possible.

Couldn't he use Prime right now to detox the ammonia?

He can. I’ve never used it so I can’t say much about it. But his cycle needs to be completed. I saw that someone mentioned on this or another thread that he still had ammonia in April or May. Seems as though there aren’t enough nitrifying bacteria to complete the cycle. When I see ammonia present but no nitrites, it has me wondering what’s missing.

It is my understanding Prime detoxifies the Ammonia, but does not remove it, so the cycle is not interrupted. At any rate, with ammonia that high, he might be better dropping it quickly and restarting a more controlled ammonia dosage anyway if he wants to salvage the remaining livestock.

What do you think about adding ATM Colony? Do you think it would be safe and help?

@ScottR
MicroBacter7 is a popular one. I myself use prodibio bacteria. Both are fine. ATM will probably be ok. You just need the bacteria in your water column to eat the ammonia and nitrites. If you have ammonia, your bacteria is either too small in numbers or non-existent. Without a doubt, you need to add.
