Red dot on tang.

Okay so i know that i have posted about this before but a little less then a week ago my yellow tang developed some red spots. They havent been getting worse and sometimes they disappear. There are less spots then when the tang first got them. Should i be worried.

Water parameters:

Ph 8.4
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0

Key here is to make sure your water conditions are top notch. That he is well fed correctly.
You may need to administer a antibacterial med to him.
The streaks should go away within a few days.
So with all this said, if you just got him a few days or a week ago, I'd leave him be, shipping could have easily done this, I believe for Tangs its called Acclimation Stress If the condition does not get worse, just keep an eye on him, he should be fine. If it gets worse, then administer meds.

Good call! I didn't even think about acclimation stress.
