Hi! Need help identifying these red pores on my GSP and what to do about them. I've had this GSP for a few months now and I've just noticed these red pores out of nowhere. They might be irritating the GSP since it the polyps won't come out anymore. I already tried using reef dip and also tried a quick hydrogen peroxide dip but I can't get rid of them.

I attached some pictures as reference and also used a low power handheld microscope to get a closer look. Google doesn't seem to know what they are either, or I'm just not using the right keywords.

Simply blow off the bacteria and siphon or perform small water change. Reduce white light intensity for 3-5 days and add liquid bacteria during the day at 1.5ml per 10 gallons. Also increasing water flow slightly will prevent it from adhering to surface of GSP
