Red rock algae?

Can anyone tell me what this is and if it’s bad it’s more on the high flow side. Also two sections in sump one is clean with macro algae other red slime in return chamber. I had low nutrient before 0. Now phosphate.03 no effect on corals.

I can’t see it all that great in the pics. But the one pic almost looks like dinos. Second opinion or brighter white pics would help (or a second opinion).
