So I have the opportunity to buy the red sea 69gallon box set up. Comes with everything for 800 bucks. Needs a good cleaning but what is killing me is the drive into a city that is just a mess. I want to pull the trigger but with some financial stuff too I dont know if it is a good idea to pull the trigger. Thoughts ? :( lol

IMO used reef tanks are a dime a dozen, you most likely will have plenty of opportunities to find one in the future when things have settled down and your more financially ready.. Of course I don’t know anything about that particular system but I just saw a smaller used RS here locally for $500, complete system filled with absolutely stunning corals (worthy of a magazine cover) and all supporting equipment.
