Anyone know how or have an idea how to mount the Redsea reef led 90 mount on a rimmed tank with out it all tipping forward?

I already contacted Red Sea and they said there mounts are only made for rimless tanks. I don’t want to go cutting the black rim of the tank and it cause issues.

Also side note I’m using a hydra26 on the mounts. Have 2 one on either side of the tank

They're designed for rimless tanks. You'll probably have to look into an AI mount for your lights.
Ya, I got a good deal on the Red Sea mounts that’s why I picked them up. Didn’t want to spend $90 for each mount when I picked up two for $40 for the Red Sea
