Red Sea ATO temp sensor error

This morning my temperature read 240 degrees and I woke up in a panic thinking my tank was boiling lol. Turns out the sensor is acting up. I tried unplugging the dc pump which is what it suggests put it is still showing sensor error. Any suggestions on what to do before contacting support?
