Red sea max nano flow

Hey guys,
just started the tank with 2x AI Nero 3 at random mode at 35% max, and struggling to understand if the flow is okay or might be improved, where to place the Neros.
Could anyone suggest please?

Also, my clowns are always on the back/near the overflow and lightly bullied by damsel, uglies seem to be on the way, but I guess that's okay?

Also, what are the white dots on the back might be? Seems to early for coralline, it's been less than 1,5 months...
