I'm looking for a new tank and I want a relatively big one 150+ gallons. I've been looking at the Red Sea Max and I like a lot of what I see. The integrated systems, T5 lightning (though I wish there was better LED integration to go along with the T5s), sump, etc.

But I thought I would ask the collective intelligence here on R2R what your thoughts are regarding the Red Sea Max S, vs. other options. The problem is I don't know what those other options are and that's why I'm asking. Well one other option would be to go custom and if you have recommendations for going that route it would be much appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Sc aquariums has some very nice plug and play setups Starfire glass sump skimmer pump. Need rock heater and lights and its ready to get wet.....the price difference could get your led/t5 combo your wanting. Just my .02.
