So I’m going to replace the diaphragm valve it came with because it’s such a pain to adjust the water level in the overflow. I ordered a 3/4 pvc pipe with a 3/4 slip fit gate valve and I noticed the down pipe is the only pipe that seems to 1 inch pvc. How big of a deal would it be to use the 3/4 pipe and should I just return it and get the 1 inch pipe with 1 inch gate valve?

Return it and order the 1”, trust me.

One step ahead. 1 inch replacements come in today. Didn’t see anyone respond at the time of posting so I just went the cautious route haha. Thank you for the reply!
