I have the Red Sea Reefer 350 with the V3 sump, which measurements would you need to create a 3D design for it?
Completely different from the 525 and 450 v1 and v2. Wouldnt attempt to do it without a sump here to play with.
Sorry

So is anyone making these adapters for sale? I have a 525 XL and a Klir filter I was using on my old set up so would love to still be able to use the Klir filter.
Do you have one or 2 klir units??
What return pump do you have and do you know your exit tank flow??

Ok, so for guidance if I attempt this myself, the goal is to block off the other opening and create one 4in opening for the Klir?

Depends on your flow. The real goal is to build a wall that will allow the water to rise in order to trigger the water level sensor.

Ok, so I’ll need to create a raised wall on the side the tray normally pulls out of to raise the water level in that area when the roller mat clogs to trigger the water level sensor? I think the glass side walls of the filter tray area are high enough.

Yes, you have to be able to raise the level in the area where the klir filter will be sitting.

Do you happen to have the STL file you're willing to share?

I have a 425xl- wonder if the printed part for the 350 would work. I think sumps are the same but I could be wrong.

Is the file on thingsverse?

Thanks!
The sump is different and will not fit right, other member have files for reefer 450 check the forms

I had an issue with the motor not being able to turn the roll. I opened a ticket and Coral-Vue replaced the motor assembly under warranty, great service! The new motor is significantly larger than the original motor and doesn't seem to have any issue turning the roll.
