I’m setting up my first Red Sea Reefer system, so far so good except the cabinet doors will not shut.

They open 4-5inches after being closed and the pin which pushes the door open after being pressed in doesn’t work.

Anyone had this and any success fixing it?

I had to set the doors to work right, then the pins didn’t work so I had to put tape on the doors where it presses against the pins

Have you unscrewed the tip of the pins? They are adjustable to fine tune the closed position of the doors but if they are screwed in too far they will not click into the fully closed position.

You can unscrew the end of the pins the extend them. The doors still fall open 2-3 inches
OK. You said the pins were not working so that was my first thought.
If you look side on to the hinge end if the doors what is the gap like between them and the cabinet? Is it even, is there a gap at all?
